I'm
sorry my computer has been down but yes, I did receive the Bath Bliss 311 and it
works good. My wife had knee surgery and could not get in and out of the tub.
We were excited to read about the bath lift for a few hundred dollars after being told a walk
in tub was over 13,000.00. Now she is able to sit on the chair and be lifted
down and up from the tub with no problems. Thank you for your
product.
